FOR THE ASSEMBLAGE ALL IT TAKES IS DEFLATING THE WHEEL TO SUBSEQUENTLY INSERT THE BAND AMONG THE CIRCLE AND THE PNEUMTICO E TO INFLATE THE TIRE. THE BAND IS JAMMED AMONG THE TWO AND THANKS TO HIS/HER FORM SLIGHTLY BENT IT PERFECTLY STICKS TO THE TIRE WITHOUT THE USILIO OF ADHESIVE.
