In the spring of 1964, Innocenti introduced a completely new model to its scooter range, mainly destined for the foreign market. Produced in only 17,642 examples, with the 98 cc displacement the Lambretta 100 the first Innocenti scooter built with load-bearing body technology like his? Enemy? Wasp. Until that moment the entire Innocenti advertising campaign was centered on the robustness of the tube frame, undeformable compared to that of its direct competitor; but now with the? Cento? even the load bearing body is considered a right way to go and to advertise with pride. The engine derives conceptually from those mounted on the LI-TV series but with some differences: the vertical cylinder, the simplex chain and the gearbox with only 3 gears. The proposed model has a new engine and painting done by professionals. Registered A.S.I.
