Moto M.M. (Bologna) 250 cc Super Sport 1936
A course is won many victories and placings at the time of T. Nuvolari (see roll of honor)

: ... 1936: in the "M.M." price list next to the NORMAL 250,
a 250 / TP was conceived which stood out for the raised drain pipes
, the pedal change, the absence of luggage racks, the bright red painting,
the engine brought to a compression ratio of 6.5: 1 which could
work, in the case of sports use, even with fuels added with alcohol
that pushed it up to 130 Km / h.
At that time the 250 / TP took the name of "SUPER SPORT" and continued to be
manufactured until the outbreak of war, receiving assiduous improvements
as the generalization of the pedal change, the closing of the barbells in a
oil-tight casing on the head of the engine and more.
All this made the "250 / TP" one of the most beautiful and good "quarter liter" that
the Italian industry knew how to express at that time, both for its aesthetic appearance
that for the functional and competitive as demonstrated by the 1st and 2nd place
obtained from Villani and Ventura in the Lario circuit held on --BLOCKED-- as well as numerous other victories and placements (see "ALBO D'ORO").
