Jaguar XK150 S (annuncio scaduto)

This is an ultra-rare opportunity to acquire a genuine Jaguar XK150 S roadster restoration project. This car is virtually complete, and by no means as rusty as many other projects we see. Most of the convertible top frame is missing, as are the rear bumper brackets, the transmission cover and the bonnet hinges. As with any project that is partly disassembled, you can assume that other sundry items will be missing, although other than the specific items mentioned, we do not believe this car is missing any other significant components. There is no jack and no tools.
This particular car was built on July 8, 1958 (see Heritage certificate), but is titled as a 1959 model. The engine number matches the data plate and the Heritage Certificate, although the overdrive transmission number does NOT match. The engine does not turn over and will undoubtedly require a full rebuild.
We will be happy to package up all loose parts for transportation, and will assist the buyer in preparing the car for transportation.
This vehicle is being advertised as an incomplete, non-running, major restoration project. It is sold strictly 'as is, where is', with no warranty of any kind being offered by the seller.
